PLAN STAFF

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Bernard M. Raiche, Ed.D, J.D., LCSW-C

   Dr. Bernie Raiche joined PLAN in July 2006.  Prior to coming to PLAN, he held a number of clinical and administrative positions in psychiatric and rehabilitation agencies, and taught in graduate counselor education programs.  In addition to being a licensed clinical social worker and having a Doctorate in Counselor Education, he has a Masters in Business Administration and is licensed as an attorney in Maryland and DC. 
   Bernie is married and has a middle school aged daughter.  His interests include photography, golf, and managing his daughter's soccer team.
 

CLINICAL CASE MANAGER
Stacy Bourque-Belt, LCSW-C

   Stacy Bourque-Belt has worked at PLAN for over 12 years.  She has a Masters in Social Work and an undergraduate degree in psychology.  Stacy strongly believes in PLAN's mission and has seen firsthand how a client's life can improve with our help.
   Stacy has a great husband, three wonderful children, and one cat.  When she has a moment to herself, Stacy enjoys reading and working on Sudoku puzzles.  She also enjoys spending time at the beach and exploring lighthouses. 

CLINICAL CASE MANAGER
Elynne T. Bunnag, LCPC, NCC

   Elynne has worked at PLAN since 2002.  She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland and a National Certified Counselor.  She has a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelors in Psychology.  Elynne has worked in the mental health field for over 17 years and is very dedicated to helping people.
   Elynne is also a musician and a photographer.  She  greatly enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, hiking with her dogs, and going on adventurous journeys.

CLINICAL CASE MANAGER
Mario Lagman, LCPC

   Mario attended La Salle University in the Philippines with a major in Business Management and also graduated at  San Jose Christian College in San Jose, CA with a major in Theology.  In 2003, after being in the  travel industry’s accounting and finance department for 16 years, Mario chose a different career path and applied at  John's Hopkins University’s clinical counseling graduate program where he graduated in 2005.
   In his spare time, Mario enjoys running and basketball. He also likes listening to different types of music, and attending jazz concerts with his wife of 19 years, as well as going to rock concerts with his 18 year old daughter and 16 year old son.

Marla Ker, LGSW

TRUST ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Rebecca Schreiber

 

Rebecca Schreiber joined PLAN of MD-DC on April 7, 2008 as the new Trust Account and Assistant Office Manager.  Rebecca offers a range of communications and financial planning skills to meet the needs of the clients and the organization.  Rebecca began her studies at the Bar Ilan School of Social Work in Jerusulem, where she was immersed in Israeli life and culture. Upon returning to the United States Rebecca resumed her studies at Queens College in Flushing, New York where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies with departmental honors. Rebecca graduated the Certified Financial Planner© Certification Program at the College for Financial Planning in December 2004 and passed the Certified Financial Planner© exam in March 2005. When Rebecca’s three-year work requirement is complete she will receive her CFP© certification in March 2009.

Rebecca married in September 2001 and is the mother of 3 year-old son. She looks forward to becoming part of the PLAN family and applying her skills and abilities to enrich the lives of its members.     

 

OFFICE MANAGER
Amanda Sherwood

Amanda joined PLAN in 2009 after graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Communications. She is very excited about joining the PLAN team and looks forward to helping the many lives the organization touches.

In her free time Amanda enjoys yoga, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
